We take pride in the manufacture of our wine racks and we will do all we can to ensure your purchase is delivered to you on time. All our products are packaged for safe transit and will be handled by professionals.
We work with several delivery partners across New Zealand to ensure we offer the best delivery value to you and the most secure and on-time delivery service.
All of our wine racks are assembled by hand in Australia and shipped with a range of couriers including New Zealand Post & Australia Post to reach you in New Zealand. All customs, duties and delivery charges are included in the postage rates available at checkout.
Both Standard and Express postage options are available. You can use the table below as a guide to work out roughly how many business days it will take your order to arrive:

All purchases prior to 8am will be dispatched the same business day, all orders after 8am will be posted first thing the following business day. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification with all of the tracking details.
Note that our assembled wine racks are built to order. These larger orders may take an extra few days for assembly and postage. Please enquire with a member of our team if you would like confirmation of this prior to placing your order.
Note that in some cases, DHL Express, FedEx, Couriers Please or other couriers may be used for shipping; just depending on the quantity, size and weight of your order.
